It's Almost Time

We are now less than two weeks away from that big day. For those of you who don't knowand who are slow...It's NOT my Birthday...but it is one of the MOST IMPORTANT Election Days of people's time by far. Regardless of who wins, we as Americans will be making history. Whether it's with a AFRICAN AMERICAN as President and a white man as Vice-President, or if it's a Caucasian man (once again) as President but with a WOMEN as Vice-President. I am so proud of us. YAYYYYY, FOR AMERICANS! Anyway I'm just kind of upset because this election is so important and I can't along with a lot of others high schoolers can't even vote. URGGGGGGGGGG. I hate being seventeen if only I was born a year earlier...I too would be able to make a DIFFERENCE.

With this said I think the voting age should be lowered. I think you should be able to vote ta age seventeen instead of eighteen. When most people are eighteen they are in high school anyway so why not open up voting privileges to people who are seventeen who also have an understanding of politics and whats going on Some people even complete high school at age seventeen so what's the big difference and deal. I WANT TO VOTE NOW NOT LATER...But I still want the voting age to be lowered to age seventeen. Yes, I am going to be able to vote next year but my vote next year isn't going to count for anything big so it REALLY SUCKS for me and lots of others. All I can do now is just sit back and wait until next year and just encourage people to go out there and VOTE. I'm basically putting my lives and ffutures in there hand. I'm about to go to college I'm practically an adult I literally need the best candidate out there. I'm not telling you who to vote for but make the right choice. The right choice for me if I was able to vote would be OBAMA/BIDEN. Just keep that in minds when it's that time to vote. :-) Lol. hehehehehe.
